This is a healthcare asset investment and development platform. We create the asset, own it outright or in joint venture with landowners and institutional investors, and lease the entire facility to a healthcare operator under long-term, bankable terms. Capital markets structuring and leasing - offered elsewhere in the industry as separate advisory services - are here integrated directly into the development engine, powering every DEVELOP mandate from origination to stabilised income.
